A moderate aerobics class.
Certified Instructor: Paula Pacini
8 weeks: Sept. 23, 30, Oct. 14, 21, 28 & Nov. 11, 18 and 25. (skipping Oct. 7 & Nov. 4)
Mondays at 5:15 PM; Each class is 50-60 minutes
Bring light weights if you have them and bring your own water.
Eastwood Baptist Church, Titus Hall, 3212 James St.. (Homecroft Rd. side entrance)
Cost (for the whole 8-week series): $20 for ENA members. $30 for non-members includes registration and individual lifetime membership.
