TRU Breath invites you to another soft and gentle breathwork journey!
During each breathwork session, you will be compassionately guided to journey deep within yourself.
With the support from myself as your guide, different rhythms of music, frequencies, sensory exploration, and most importantly your conscious connected breath you will be able to gently explore what your body is yearning to tell you and softly come back to your wholeness, which is your authentic awesome self.
I am honored and humbled to support you on this journey to rediscover your innate wisdom, your inner strength, and your true self with compassion and ease.
With each session, we will explore different intentions. Each intention is there to gently guide us on our journey back to our authentic Self.
