In this traditional Hatha yoga class, we’ll blend gentle stretching, steady poses, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation—with plenty of props and personalized guidance to make every pose accessible.
I’m also a myofascial therapist, so I can help you find any adjustments you need to keep your body supported and comfortable. You’ll leave feeling looser, calmer, and more at ease in your body.

✅ Mats, bolsters, blankets, and blocks provided — wear comfy clothes and come as you are.
📝 New students: please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a short intake form.
🕕 Everyone: class begins at 6 — arriving a few minutes early gives you time to get set up, relax, and ensures we can all start together without interruptions.
