A soothing flow with the hammock to move with the breath, the body, and the hammock to create a meditation in motion, helping to ease the mind, relieve stress and decompress. We will explore at least one inversion in each class with the hammock and focus on how the aerial yoga hammock can help support a tradition yoga practice on the mat. This is a beginner friendly class. $35/person
