? Bob Van Es - Country Manager at International Gemological Institute (IGI) Thailand & Hong Kong -
Bob is a 4rth-generation diamond industry player. Educated in Belgium, he moved to Bangkok in 1987, where his father established a diamond polishing factory. Bob managed the Greater Asian region for I. Hennig & Co., overseeing diamond operations. He's been pivotal in developing IGI's Bangkok lab for 27 years, also managing their Hong Kong office since 2019.
