Generations of Strength: A Family Conversation

Ever wish you could sit down with a cup of warm tea and talk with those who’ve lived through it all to soak up their wisdom? Now’s your chance!

Join us Sunday, April 13th, from 2-4 p.m. for a powerful, heartwarming conversation with a panel of folks who have carried traditions, built families, and nurtured communities, sharing their wisdom on creating and centering family traditions during in fast changing times.

This event is part of Black Maternal Health Week, and this year, is all about Empowering Black Joy in Pregnancy and Parenting. Through community-focused events like this, we’re honoring our past, meeting today’s needs, and building a healthier future for Black women and birthing people in Central Florida.

We'll have lite refreshments and resources, so bring your family, your questions, and your open heart. Whether you’re continuing old traditions or creating new ones, this is a space to celebrate the power of intergenerational connections.
