Healing What Was Never Yours To Carry
Some emotional patterns don’t begin with us.
The fear, silence, guilt, overgiving, abandonment wounds, hyper-independence, grief or feeling “not enough” can echo through generations.
This workshop is a gentle space to begin releasing what no longer belongs to you.
Through womb space healing, reflection, Reiki healing and Regeneration Healing processes, we’ll explore the inherited emotional and energetic patterns that may still be living in the body, nervous system and subconscious mind.
Together we’ll work toward:
