Generation Women blends a lively literary salon with the tradition of handing down wisdom from community elders. Our diverse line-ups will make you laugh, cry, and reflect on the cycle of life. Alongside cis women, we cast all gender expressions including non-binary folk and trans women.

Our theme: BURN IT DOWN: STORIES OF WALKING AWAY

Sometimes the bravest move isn’t sticking it out—it’s striking the match and walking away from the wreckage.
This month, our storytellers are sharing the moments they chose to leave: jobs, relationships, cities, old versions of themselves. Maybe it was messy. Maybe it was overdue. Maybe it was the best damn thing they ever did.
Come hear tales of liberation, fallout, and the sweet sound of a door slamming shut behind you.
