George Bowie brings GENERATION GBX to the RED Sky Bar in Glasgow for a very special party showcasing the best in 90s club classics – and ALL ticket income goes straight to Cash For Kids.
Generation GBX is a new brand from George which shifts away from his trademark sound to instead delve into his 90s record boxes – he trialled it last Christmas on air and it went wild, so now he brings it to a club for the very first time.
Think JX, Usura, Underworld, Grace, Faithless, Tin Tin Out, Dilemma and many, many more and check out the new regular Generation GBX mixes on the GBX show on Saturday nights.
And it all goes down at the country’s coolest venue, the stunning glass-walled rooftop RED Sky Bar overlooking the city.
It all goes off on Friday, August 5 and Harry Miller of Forty Clothing fame and Michael Paterson of Colours are on support duties.
Tickets are onsale now from Eventbrite priced £15 and every penny of that goes straight to Cash For Kids – plus it includes a free Mond Vodka GBX cocktail.
If you want to make a night of it you can stay over too – there’s a special rate of £160 available where you get a room for two with breakfast, two tickets for the party, a drink each in your room, an arrival GBX Mond Vodka cocktail each in the RED Sky Bar.
