Generation Active is a specially designed program to help you embrace the joys of vitality.
This is a group class of mindfulness practices combined with physical activities that will help you with balance, maintain strength and posture, stay centered on reducing stress, and continue to stay active. Practice is appropriate for all levels. Please come dressed in active wear, and shoes are optional. Fitness bands and other equipment as needed will be provided. Yoga mats are recommended and will be available for rental.
