As real estate agents, we must find people to work with. Lead generation plus lead follow up, our next big segment, are the fundamentals of real estate. In this segment, we will explore the who, what, where, when, why, and how of lead generation.

Lead generation includes:

• Talking to people about buying and selling real estate daily.

• Capturing accurate contact information, this includes, name, phone number, email, home address, and any other information a person is willing to give you.

• Converting leads to appointments.

This is when you find active buyers and sellers, set an appointment to meet, and agree to work together in the buying or selling of real estate.
