The CDC strongly recommends wearing masks, observe social distancing, and regularly wash and sanitize your hands to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Rain or Shine most items will be under the large shed. This is a general merchandise sale; this sale will be smaller items such as tools, shop equipment, store closeouts, farm supplies, estate items, lawnmowers, four wheelers, golf carts, small trailers, and small tractors. Pictures are posted two weeks prior to sale at www.auctionzip.com auctioneer ID# 11782 and on our Facebook page.
Commission rates: 15% of items up to $250, 10% of items $250 to $2500, 5% of balance above $2500 per item. Tires accepted by approval of auction company. Vehicles need a transferable title and current tag receipt. Consignments accepted Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-4:30PM. Georgia sales tax laws apply. Farm tax exemptions require a GATE card for in state or out of state residents. Apply online at www.agr.georgia.gov
If you have a sales tax certificate, bring a copy in order to be exempt.
Payment is cash, certified check, or good personal check with bank letter of approval guaranteeing funds.
Announcements made on sale day supersede all printed material and previous announcements.
All items sell "As is, Where is" with no warranty expressed or implied by the auction company.
