Please note: There is no food or beverages available at this facility—plan accordingly.
We will also be holding our Board of Advisors (BOA) Meeting at 11:30 AM for those who would like to attend.
🗳️ Elections: President & Treasurer
This meeting will include elections for President and Treasurer. These positions are vital to the continued success and legal compliance of our organization—especially the Treasurer role, which is required under Colorado law for our 501(c)(3) status.

If no candidate is elected for Treasurer, we will have 90 days to fill the position to remain in compliance with state law.

Questions and comments will be taken during the Community Comments portion of the meeting.
