Former Copperfield Residents and CWC Alumni (President) Susan Chisolm and her husband Jim own Texas Star Winery in Chappell Hill, Texas. The Chisolms will tell us how they became wine makers and ended up purchasing Texas Star Winery. They will tell us about different kinds of wines, the wines that Texas Star serves, the awards their wines have won, and offer us some wine samples!
