Meal planning and prepping is the concept of preparing whole meals or dishes ahead of schedule. Since it requires you to determine what to eat ahead of time, meal planning and prepping may lead to more nutritious choices over the long term. Meal planning and prepping can save a lot of time, and having pre-prepared meals on hand can also reduce portion size and help you reach your nutrition goals. CWC member Jessica Renzelman has been meal prepping and planning for a while, so she's learned a lot of tips and tricks that she will share with us.
