No matter your age, learning about the menopause transition can empower you to face this inevitable time of change with awareness, empowerment, and strategies in place for living your best life.

Genderqueer Menopause 101 is taught by Lasara Firefox Allen, MSW, The Genderqueer Menopause Coach, a long-time educator, coach, author, and sex+ community member. Lasara is a life coach with nearly 20 years of experience, a certified Menopause Doula with The Menopause School, and a Menopause Coach in training with GGS.
