G.E.M.S.® Welcome To High School

During this 6-week group, girls will explore a variety of topics including

• Building Connections
• Balancing academics with extracurricular activities and social life
• Building self-confidence and assertiveness
• Peer Relationships and Social Dynamics
• Identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth
• Respecting boundaries and setting boundaries

Over the course of the 6 weeks, the focus will be on preparing girls for the transition from middle school to high school.

This group is a psychoeducational group and not a substitute for therapy. For therapy resources don't hesitate to reach out.
