This sound journey will guide you through practices that align dual aspects of your being, allowing you to release limiting beliefs and embrace harmony and clarity.
During this session, you will experience:

Supported by crystal singing bowls, solfeggio tuning forks, and a Tibetan standing foot bowl, this practice fosters deep relaxation and alignment.
