We are excited to dance to the tunes of Dave Greer’s Classic Jazz Stompers!!Live Music Dance Schedule:
7:00 pm - Progressive lesson - Shim Sham! ($15 for lesson and dance)
7:00 pm - 6 Count Beginner’s Lesson ($15 for lesson and dance)
8-10 pm - Social Dance featuring Dave Greer’s Classic Jazz Stompers! (short band break at 9:00) ($10 for dance only)
6 Count Beginner’s Lesson Info: No experience or dance partner required! We’ll teach you what you need to get out on the floor!
Throughout the lesson we rotate partners frequently to give everyone a chance to practice moves, so show up even if you don’t have a dance partner.
Social Dance:
Our social dance is a great opportunity to practice what you’ve just learned in the lessons, get to know new friends, and explore new music! Throughout the night we have a snowball (an introductory activity that gets everyone dancing), announcements about other dancing opportunities in the area, and birthday jams (celebrations for those having a birthday this month) – make sure to stick around!
Indoor swing dancing (or any partner dancing for that matter) is a high risk activity. We strongly recommend that everyone vaccinate and if you do not feel well, please stay home and get well so you can come join us on the dance floor.
