In this full day session you will be introduced to a variety of ways to make beautiful Christmas themed prints using a gelli plate. Your tutor, Carol, will guide you through a variety of techniques using paper shapes, stamps and stencils. By the end of the session you will have a number of finished prints to take away plus ideas for how to transform your prints into gifts, cards or decorations. Gelli printing is a monoprinting technique using acrylic paint rolled out onto a flat gel plate before using objects or tools to create patterns and textures. It only requires a few simple materials is a fun and easy technique to continue to develop at home.
