The UPS store in the US conducted research on mentoring in 2013 and found that small businesses who receive mentoring significantly increase their chances of surviving past those first five years. Their data showed a 70% survival rate, which was double the rate of those who didn’t receive mentoring support.
Come along for an hour and be paired with an experienced mentor. Have a coffee and a chat. This is a mentoring taster. You will be able to share your challenges and dreams and in return you will receive a different perspective that may open you up to new possibilities.
