7.30am – 8.00am: Breakfast

8.00am - 8.50am: WorkSafe in your community

Attendees will gain valuable insights into WorkSafe's role, current workplace health and safety issues, and trends emerging from local claims data. The session will showcase the practical support available through the OHS Business Essentials program, Advisory Service and other WorkSafe resources. Participants will also hear firsthand about the day-to-day activities of WorkSafe inspectors and how they help create safer workplaces across Victoria.

9.00am – 9.50am: Supporting recovery and Return To Work

Join WorkSafe for an in-depth discussion on the employer's obligation to support an injured worker's return to work. You'll learn more about compliance under legislative requirements and explore common themes and challenges across industries, providing you with guidance on meaningful consultation with workers and treating practitioners. The session is designed to build confidence and capability in meeting return to work obligations.

10.00am – 10.50am: WorkSafe's approach to Healthcare and Social Assistance

This session highlights the work of the Strategic Operations - Health and Social Assistance Team to support both industries improve health and safety. It focuses on key projects, how the work is being actioned and explores insights gained that inform the delivery of work.

10.50am – 11.30am: Morning tea
