2-3 p.m. Mental Health and Fandom: Join us to Explore the sense of belonging, creativity, and resilience fandoms offer. 3-4 p.m. "Cosplay is Good Mental Health" Cosplay Can Promote Mental Wellness (But Beware the Dark Side)! This interactive panel explores the mental health benefits of cosplay, a creative hobby where people design and wear costumes of fictional characters. However, the panel will also address potential downsides like social anxiety and obsessive perfectionism that cosplayers should watch out for.
