We will be organising our GEA F&B Concept Challenge 2025 at a Gourmet Cafe Kitchen with 8 Branches across Singapore at 6A Shenton Way, OUE Downtown Gallery on the 23 February 2025, Sunday!Participants will get to compete and learn from one another in a live environment with more than 25 student chefs preparing full meals based on their F&B concept side by side at the same time.

Time: 2PM
Challenge Information
1)Form into teams of 4-5 members.
2)Prepare a set of slides with your F&B Concept Proposal.
3)The proposal should include overall theme, menu, design of the F&B space, marketing, service style and cuisine.
4)Each team will have to create a full meal based on their F&B concept at the central kitchen.
5)Winning teams will be selected separately from the year 1 and the year 2/3 students.
6)Winning teams will receive an award, a token of appreciation and other F&B opportunities!

If you do not have a team, please let us know and we will arrange a team for you! This is open to all students and we want everyone to get the opportunity and experience to take part.
