Hip Hop Dance Cardio infused with just the right amount of choreographed sculpting songs to tone and strengthen your glutes, legs, and core. Cardio + Sculpting packaged into one hip hop driven high energy class.
You will experience 50 minutes of pure hip hop dance + 15 minutes of glute and leg work with the use of booty bands.
Dimmed lighting, along with laser and strobe party lights set the mood for the most exciting cardio session you will experience.
How to register:
Members and those with a Gym Culture profile can register in the GC APP
Non Members can register by clicking the link below to create a Gym Culture Profile:

Once you have created your profile, you can log into the Gym Culture APP with the user name and password created above.
Click on the classes tab and scroll to July 4th. Click Sign Up to register!
