Join us on November 12th as we go back to the classroom and review what is new in the realm of building science. (To be honest, science hasn't changed but the way we build homes has). Air, heat, and moisture are all natural elements that we need to manage when building a new home. Our discussion will focus on best practices for controlling air infiltration, insulation, weather resistant barriers, and much more. Unfortunately, when these things are not done right bad things will happen. We will tackle topics like relative humidity, dewpoint, condensation, and more. Join us and discover how things can simply appear right out of thin air.
