Join us Friday, December 5, 2025 at 11:30 AM as we step into the whimsical world of Buddy the Elf at ICE!
For this event, each family will purchase their own tickets directly from the Gaylord Texan using a 50% off coupon code, as this price is less than the group rate we were offered.

This should open the December 2025 calendar with the 50% code already applied. If the code doesn't automatically apply, you can enter SOCIAL in the coupon code box at the top of the page.
You'll want to select December 5, 2025 and the 11:30 am time slot. The prices will be adjusted to 50% off. Each time slot only has a certain number of tickets and prices are subject to change.
Parking is an additional $25 the day of the event or you can pre-pay for parking to save a couple dollars. The pre-paid parking isn't active yet, but we'll share the link as soon as it becomes available.
Our group will meet near the queue line at 11:05 am.
Know Before You Go
• Your ticketed time is your confirmed time to enter the attraction queue line. Please plan to arrive 20 minutes early before your time slot. Our resorts are very large so please consider any time necessary to walk from the parking lot to the Christmas attraction. Guests who are more than five minutes late to their appointed time slot cannot be guaranteed entry.
• The ICE! exhibit is a self-guided, walk-through experience.
• The ICE! exhibit is kept to a chilly 9 degrees. Parkas are provided to all guests. Guests are encouraged to bring hats, scarves and gloves. Long pants and closed-toe shoes are required.
• Children 3 and under are free with a paid adult admission. An adult must attend with children 11 and under.
• Strollers are not permitted in the ICE! exhibit and queue line.
• Tickets are non-refundable but exchangeable up to 72 hours prior to event date, by replying to confirmation email.
• Additional fees for parking and taxes are not included in admission and charges will apply. You may self-park or valet park (charges apply for both). If self-parking, please follow the signs to our guest parking lot. You may park in our resort parking garage, which is most convenient if you also plan to also visit our atrium. You can also park in the Convention Center, which is the most convenient for guests visiting ICE! and enjoying other activities in Christmas Village.
