Address: Grant Avenue at Bush Street

From Union Square, head north on Powell Street and turn right onto Bush Street. In a few blocks, you’ll see the iconic Dragon Gate, the entrance to Chinatown.

Walking Time: 10 minutes

Explore the narrow alleys, exotic shops, and historic sites of the largest Chinatown outside of Asia. Grab a snack or a bubble tea to keep you energized. Please note: Everyone is responsible for covering their own expenses for food and drinks.

Continue walking north on Grant Avenue from Chinatown. You’ll soon enter North Beach, San Francisco’s Little Italy.

From the Palace of Fine Arts, head west through the Presidio, following signs for the Golden Gate Bridge. The walk takes you through lush parklands and historic military sites.

Reach the Golden Gate Bridge, where you can walk partway across for unparalleled views of the city and the Pacific Ocean.

Time: Approximately 2:00 PM
