GAY C/DC + Bungalow Betty + Radiokiller
About this Event
Punk Rock Night Louisville and Mag Bar present an evening of fun, leather, and lace!
Why pay for an overpriced ticket to the cheese known as Bourbon and Beyond? For a fraction of the price and a far better hometown experience, come celebrate what Punk Rock Night Louisville has to offer. Rather than giving over your hard earned money to these festival promoters that don't honor the music that the 502 gives to the world, come spend an evening at the best dive bar in Louisville, have drinks far cheaper and stronger than the big tent can provide, and enjoy music unlike the polished performances on the massive stages.
GAY C/DC is the world's first and only all gay tribute to the music of AC/DC. Founded in 2013 by Chris Freeman (bass player from iconic queer punk band Pansy Division), the band remains true to the music (working diligently to replicate the actual sound of AC/DC), while playing around with the lyrics and changing pronouns to suit the gay angle. Hence, TNT becomes PNP (a song about the “party-n-play” status some gay men post in their online sex ads), Bad Boy Boogie becomes Gay Boy Boogie (do you really need to ask?), and Big Balls needed … no changing at all! The band's blistering performances and dedication to honoring the best rock ever in the gayest of ways, is not to be missed.
Bungalow Betty - Louisville based, femme original bubble grunge rock music and vintage vibes. Their music is infused with infectious energy and rebellious spirit and their electrifying performances and empowering anthems resonate with audiences, inspiring them to rock out with confidence.
Radiokiller is a four-piece proto-punk/garage rock band from the 502, formed in 2025. Drawing influence from The Rolling Stones and Dead Boys, their sound blends classic rock swagger with pure punk energy. This kicks off their 3-night run with GAY C/DC on their Monsters of Cock Tour.
