Gavin Baskerville features the Adelaide Comedy Showcase with some of the funniest comedians in Adelaide Sept 30th at Rhino RoomGavin Baskerville is a veteran stand-up comedian who began his comedy career in Perth in 1999 as a national finalist in the RAW Comedy competition. Gavin moved to Melbourne in 2000 and cut his teeth in iconic comedy rooms alongside Australia's top comedians.
Gavin has performed in ten Melbourne International Comedy Festivals, was a recipient of the Brian McCarthy Memorial Moosehead Award, has appeared on The Project and The Comedy Channel's Stand-Up Australia. He has performed around Australia and overseas, been a warm up act for “Weird Al” Yankovic, Tommy Tiernan and Michael Winslow. Now based in Hobart, Tasmania, Gavin managed and hosted Jokers Comedy Club from 2015-2020.
Gavin was also a script consultant on the Australian feature film The Merger and makes a memorable appearance in it.
