Gavilan Hills Vineyard LIVE @ Paradise Ranch

This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY event, all kids of any age are more than welcome. We have lots of room, games and grass, we will provide blankets for those who want to sit and relax on the grass for the event with the kids if you like.

THIS WILL BE MATTs LAST EVENT BEFOER THE BABY ARRIVES...As long as it does not arrive early!!

Matt Koerner hails from Southern California but has lived in Nashville for six years, pursuing his dream, writing songs, and traveling the country playing from coast to coast. He has shared stages with Dwight Yoakam, Chris Young, Chris Janson and Luke Combs, among others. He now lives in Tustin with his beautiful Wife.

The OC3 is the premiere cover band of Orange County playing a tribute to classic rock of the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Incorporating five-part harmonies and led by two energetic and dynamic lead vocalists, the band's talent and fun on-stage antics makes for a great show. At home in either a concert style setting or performing for an intimate private party.

There will be a few additional opening acts to get the party started as well (TO BE ANNOUNCED).

Music will start at 3:00pm promptly...

This year, we are asking attendees to contribute to help pay for Event. PLEASE, PLEASE help out we want to continue doing this each year... We have setup a VENMO account to help offset the cost and expenses of putting on an event like this for everyone. This year we are asking if everyone could contribute $25 per ADULT it will be well worth the entry fee.

ALL PARKING WILL BE ON THE STREET. We will provide shuttles to transport you and your group to and from the house. Please park on the street and the shuttle will come by to pick you up. If want to drive up to the house to drop off the guests in your group, ice chest, food, etc. please do so then park on the street. (PLEASE be considerate of our neighbors, do not block their driveways) PLEASE TIP YOUR SHUTTLE DRIVERS, THANXS.

We have room for a few RVs/Motorhomes if you would like to come and spend the night. Please let us know if you would like to bring your RV , but we are limited in space - First to Ask, First Served.

Please BYOB. We will have a Roasted Chicken main course for dinner, after 5:00pm. We also request if you could bring things like SNACKS/FINGER FOODS/DESERTS/Etc. to share. We will provide paper plates, silver ware, cups, etc.

We only have phone service for Verizon at the house. If you have another CELL service you may need to down load maps in advance, once you leave the freeway. We will provide WIFI service at the house.

PARADISE RANCH is at 2,500 feet above sea level. With the weather we have had so far this year, GOD only knows how the weather will be... Currently the weather in our favor and will be great for the day. Probably Mid to Upper 80's. This will be an outside event so once the sun goes down it will get cool. Please prepare and dress accordingly, bring jackets and blankets as needed.
