Gators! It’s time to ROCK!!!
Greenbrier’s annual talent show, hosted at Thomas Middle School on Friday, February 27th, is coming up fast! It’s time to plan your act and sign-up. Complete online sign-up by Friday, 1/30 if you would like your child to perform in Gator Rock or volunteer in Stage Crew! Sign-up is ONLINE ONLY!

Please read the below rules carefully:
1. Each student may perform in ONE act (2 min. or less) - 5th graders can participate in their own act AND 5th grade finale. Please see the new WAITLIST option below.
2. Online signup must be completed by Fri, Jan 30th.
3. Music to used for your act should be less than 2 minutes. Music must be school-appropriate in language and subject matter; music will be approved by Gator Rock chairs. Music must be emailed to [email protected] by Fri, Feb 13th. We cannot download, edit or splice music. You must e-mail FINAL (show ready) cut of music in either MP3, MP4, or wave format by Friday, 2/13.
4. A parent/guardian of every performer (including every member of group acts) is expected to volunteer the show.
Any 4th & 5th grader not performing (other than 5th grade finale) can apply for stage crew to help with moving equipment, closing/opening curtains, etc. Volunteers must to attend all rehearsal dates (2/23, 2/24, 2/25) and entire show on 2/27 beginning at 6pm.
NEW IN 2026! Waitlist!
We *may* have room for students to do a second act - waitlist sign-up is included in the online signup.
• Members of a group act (5+ students) may waitlist a solo or duo; a solo or duo primary act may waitlist to do/join a large group act.
• After sign-ups close, waitlist acts will be chosen by the Gator Rock chairs based on participation and other acts already included. Waitlist acts are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to include as many as possible. Significant time and consideration is put into the lineup, variation and order of acts. We are excited to be able to offer a waitlist, but we will have to make decisions to ensure the show is still balanced and as inclusive as possible.
