Updated COVID Practices and Policies

Masks are no longer required but are recommended while travelling on the bus

Face coverings will be provided but guests are welcome to bring their own

Cough/Sneeze Guard in place around driver - all tour operators have been fully vaccinated

Although the VIP Shuttle has 15 seats we will be limiting the tickets sold per tour to (12)

Frequently touched surfaces in the shuttle will be sanitized down in between stops.

Locally Produced Hand Sanitizer will be available

We also would like to encourage all guests to wash their hands between each stop along the trail.

Check-In will always occur at Mountain Valley Winery located at 2174 Parkway Pigeon Forge, TN 37863– please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure time.

You must be 21 yrs or older to participate – Valid (not expired) Photo ID required with no exceptions

No open containers are allowed on the VIP Shuttle Bus

No animals permitted on the VIP Shuttle Bus

Ticket purchases are non-refundable. No cancelations, exchanges, or substitutions are offered. Shuttles run rain or shine.

The Gatlinburg VIP Wine Trail Tour starts and ends at Mountain Valley Winery located at 2174 Parkway Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. Parking is available for your own personal vehicle at this address.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, if one person purchases (12) tickets it's perfectly fine for only their name to show on the tickets. Each customer must still show a valid photo ID proving they are 21+ years old.
