In the busyness of modern life, many women feel increasingly overwhelmed, isolated and disconnected from their selves and their purpose. We can feel stuck, limited by the stories we tell ourselves and unable to truly navigate life’s tricky moments.
But it doesn't have to be this way.
Gathered is an inclusive space for women from all walks of life. Brought together to support each other and help one another feel seen, heard and validated.
During a circle you’ll be guided through inquiry and exercises centred around the theme to help you gain insight and learn tools for navigating life's sticky moments.
Each circle is unique, but may involve the following elements:
⭕️ Exercises to support self-inquiry and gain insight
⭕️ Ceremonial Cacao
⭕️ Guided Mediation
⭕️ Mindfulness
⭕️ Journalling
⭕️ Group Sharing (if you wish to)
⭕️ Time for quiet reflection
Throughout the circle, herbal teas and light refreshments (Gluten Free & Vegetarian) will be available.
Once the circle closes, around 8.30 pm, there is no rush to leave the space and you are welcome to stay longer to chat, pull an oracle card, journal and drink tea.
Limited spaces are available. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another woman.
