In a season of gratitude, we often focus outward - thankful for family, friends, and blessings in our lives. But what if we turned that appreciation inward? What if we gathered to celebrate ourselves AND each other?Join us for a special therapeutic and expressive workshop where we'll explore what we're grateful for about ourselves - our strengths, our resilience, our growth, our journey. Through guided creative activities, we'll honor who we've become and witness each other's beauty in community.
This isn't just about making art (though you'll create something beautiful to take home!). It's about connecting authentically, celebrating together, and remembering that we are worthy of our own gratitude.
What to Expect:
Guided art activities exploring self-worth and gratitude

All art supplies provided (including canvas to take home!)

No art experience necessary - just bring an open heart and curiosity.
