GATHER September Edition: A Monthly Mixtape Sapphic Tea Dance & Social
Join us for another month of connection, community, and dancing at GATHER, Mixtape Sapphics' monthly tea dance and social for queer women and sapphics.
Held on the third Saturday of every month, GATHER was created for those who want more opportunities to build genuine connections within our community. Centered on queer women and sapphics 35+, it's a space where conversation is encouraged, new friendships are formed, and dancing is always optional.
From 5–7 PM, enjoy conversation-friendly music, color-coded name tags, and conversation starters designed to make meeting people easier. Whether you're attending your first Mixtape event or returning to see familiar faces, you'll find a welcoming atmosphere where connection comes first.
At 7 PM, our DJ takes over and the energy shifts. Dance, mingle, relax on the patio, or move between the dance floor and conversation spaces throughout the evening.
GATHER is inspired by the tradition of the queer tea dance: an early evening gathering where community and celebration come together. Come solo, bring a friend, or make plans to meet up with people you've met at previous Mixtape events.
At 9 PM, the evening continues with Spark Social's sapphic night, creating another opportunity to connect, dance, and celebrate with the broader sapphic community.
