Seasonal roasted veggie soup topped with fresh herbs, toasted seeds and Calivirgin olive oil.
Winter inspired salad that includes a robust mix of greens, pomegranate seeds, roasted nuts, fresh berries, and shaved parmesan cheese dressed with a light vinaigrette.
Flavorful mix of roasted vegetables enhanced with Calivirgin oil and vinegars and Curio spices.
Filet of tender salmon will rest on a bed of aromatic herbed farro. The farro is cooked to a nutty and chewy perfection, infused with fresh herbs along with grilled lemons.
Delicate pear and berry tart features a buttery, golden crust filled with pears, blueberries, maple caramelized walnuts and a dollop of cashew cream.
