Through a guided cacao ceremony and intentional breathwork, we’ll open the body, soften the mind, and create space to:

• reconnect to what’s truly growing within you
• gain clarity on what is ready to be lived (not just imagined)
• release pressure, overwhelm, and the need to “do it all”
• learn how to expand without burning yourself out
