About this Event

We’re gathering to celebrate the Champions for Change community: past, present, and future! This special evening will bring together CFC alum, prospective Champions, and their loved ones as we close out 2025 and welcome the new cohort of incoming Champions.
Expect good food, good music, and even better company. Come to reconnect with beloved community, spark new relationships, and share stories that remind us why we do this work.
Together, we’ll celebrate the power of community, dream about what’s possible, and plant the seeds of connection for the 2026 Champions for Change cohort.
