Gather & Glow!

Step into the new year with warmth, creativity, and connection at Gather & Glow! a special winter event at New Art Exchange in Nottingham, presented by the team at When Women Gather (in association with CommuniTree Nottingham).

This uplifting day invites women to pause, reflect, and create together through a series of mindful arts activities designed to spark imagination and nurture wellbeing. Guided by gentle prompts and shared moments of creativity, the making space offers time to reconnect with yourself and others in an atmosphere of calm and curiosity.

As the afternoon unfolds, the space will come alive with a live performance from Gambian musician Eba Sallah, whose soulful voice and rhythmic reggae sound will carry us through to the end of When Women Gather's first community event of 2026.

This event is for all women – a space to feel welcome, recharge, and celebrate the quiet power of gathering together.

A ticket is required, and participants are asked to join both the arts activity session and the live performance to fully experience the flow of the day. Places are limited, so we encourage you to book early.

Doors open – 11:30am

Event ends – 3:15pm

Ticket price: £2 + booking fee

Drinks and snacks available to purchase from the cafe on-site.

Cancellation policy:

CommuniTree reserves the right to cancel an event due to low attendance numbers, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances which make it no longer possible to run the event. If you have booked a place and CommuniTree cancels the event, we will inform of the cancellation via email.

If you can no longer make it to the event, please log into Eventbrite and cancel your ticket so others can enjoy the event.
