A weekend immersed in nature — an invitation to slow down, unplug, calm your nervous system and find clarity.This retreat is for anyone who feels overwhelmed by the pace of daily life and is craving time outdoors, simplicity, and deeper connection. You may already feel deeply connected to nature, or perhaps you’ve felt that connection fade and want a supported way back.
What You’ll Experience
Activities are optional and adapted to weather and group needs, and may include:
Gentle movement in nature (yoga and short walks)
Stillness practices: mindfulness, sit spots, forest bathing
Restorative storytelling and nature journalling
Sustainable nature-based art and creativity
Preparing and sharing food together around the fire or camp kitchen
Gentle sound bath meditation in nature
Eco-resilience, Active Hope, and deep ecology for wellbeing
Time and space to wander, reflect, or simply be in this gorgeous native scrub setting.
Camping Accommodation — bring your own tent or swag. Bathrooms and camp kitchen will be onsite.
Arrive Friday afternoon between 3pm and 6pm. Stay until Sunday afternoon.
A limited option to join for day sessions only if you need to return home in the evenings (please contact me for info).
Food - This retreat is partly catered with breakfast and some other foods provided.
If possible, please bring a plate of food/snacks or non-alcoholic drinks to share, or your own food for the weekend if preferred. You may also choose to pay an additional contribution to cover shared food.
Full weekend cost: $275. Payment plans an option — please reach out if cost is a barrier.
No refunds, but you may pass on your place to someone else.
