In this workshop you will learn to understand and balance your own subtle body energy based on the knowledge of the yogic chakra system. The practice will include sound healing with the use of tuning forks and specific mantras for each chakra, enhancing a Kundalini activation. Prompted intention setting and hand gestures, or yoga mudras will be guided to ground and stabilize chakra energy.Through discovering and understanding the many aspects of yourself on a subtle level, you will gain a sense of freedom to live a more balanced and authentic life.
