This originally started as the Flat Tire Co Road Cyclists venture into trail running, but opening it up to anyone and everyone who ever wanted to dive into some awesome trail running or super experienced at trail running on the gnarliest section of the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail. Gate to 8, or 16 miles in total. We will meet at the Ferncliff Natural Area Parking Lot.Falls City or Twisted spoke after for beers and food to recover and discuss what just happened and secure those suffering bonds made on the trail!
Bring snacks, water, the stoke, dress appropriately and be ready for an awesome group of people to share some miles with. Remember - if you get lost, hurt, or die... it's your own damn fault!
