Gaspard&Dancers

Gaspard&Dancers, founded by former Pilobolus dancer, Gaspard Louis, is bringing an evening of contemporary dance that marries playful physicality with lyrical, athletic partnering. G&D will be presenting 3 new works: "Five One" (to be accompanied by Durham's own composer and pianist, Randy Love), "Chess Mates," and "Advaita." We will also present the NC premiere "Fatal 4 I" by guest choreographer Houston Thomas. To round out the evening, we will perform some favorites from our repertoire, including a special showing of "Noula," to be performed by local participants in the G&D repertory workshop. It promises to be a very energetic and exciting show!
