Remember when AM Radio, Jukeboxes, and 45’s provided the soundtrack of our lives? The time when Baby Boomers were coming of age, going to school, dating and learning every new crazy dance that came along? Those young people were growing into their first jobs, their first loves, their first apartments, their first couch and set of dishes.

All the time the radio energized us. Happy songs, sad songs, slow-dance songs, lyrics, melodies, and stories were all captured in 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Even more, the radio and jukeboxes had every genre of music playing, side-by-side. Pop, rock ’n’ roll, country, folk rock, soft rock, and romantic ballads all caught our ears during those wonderful decades of the late ’50s, ’60s and ‘70s.
