Life Through Loss is Garreth's first full-length album since 2019, and his first collaboration with the presitigious German record label Neue Meister. It is an album for anyone who has experienced grief, composed and performed by a musician with deep insight into the grieving process. Drawing from personal loss and work supporting others as a Grief Companion, the music explores the enduring presence of grief and the love that lies beneath it.
