Garlic Scapes are the young flower stem of garlic plants harvested in the spring and early summer.
PARKING: Park at Marie Wilkinson Food Pantry, 834 N. Highland Ave. Walk (safely) across the street to Marie's Garden Kitchen, located in the Urban Farm at 835. N. Highland Ave.
