The Summer Solstice offers us a moment in time to contemplate before looking forward, as nature leads us into a new season, marked by abundance and growth.
Feel uplifted and revitalised as we breathe in the energy of overflowing greenery, luscious shrubbery, and the sweet scent of diverse flora. At this time of year, wildlife is plentiful and plants are at their peak. What a time to be outside!
Expect to move, breathe, and connect with nature, under the guidance of an experienced teacher. Find your flow and feel energised with poses that will open up our bodies and spark our souls, as we tap into the warmth and vitality of the sun.
The practice will include dedicated time for reflection and setting new intentions for the season ahead, as we shift into the longest days of summer. Learn to let go of what no longer serves you and embrace the peace and harmony that comes from practising outside.
Share and savour this fleeting moment in the year when dusk seems unending, and the subtle warmth of daylight stays with us for almost 17 hours.
