Join us for an hour of outdoor yoga every Saturday through summer! Feel the grass between your toes, connect your breath with nature and savasana under the sun, as we soak up all the Vitamin D we can this summer!We’ll start with some time to settle on the grass, finding our breath together, followed by an all-levels flow, with gentle movements in the peaceful surroundings of nature. Following the practice, you can take a leisurely stroll around the gardens before leaving, which is included in your booking.
