Come learn about Lacto-Fermentation, an alternative means of preserving you harvest. Fermentation Kits will be available for purchase at the event.- $10
- includes jar, salt, 2 recipes
- pick-up only at the event
Please feel free to bring any dish from your fall harvest or dainties you would like to share. If you choose not to bring a dish, please join us to share the bounty and learning experience
- Doors open at 6:30pm for the potluck, the program runs from 7pm - 8pm
- The evening is free for members, $5 for non members (or $10 for membership if you would like to join)
- Location: 600 Shaftesbury: Conference room, parking lot (Lot N) available for parking.
- Please use main doors on South (between #20 & #21)
